Jack Davids is a Minifigure from the LEGO 70418 Hidden Side series. He, along with his best friend Parker, are the main characters. He has a dog named Parker, and almost always has his special cell phone with him. This particular variant has the white hoodie over a red baseball cap. The face on this Jack is also different – see the photos for the different expressions.
