With so many different Star Wars Lego sets, there needs to be something unique for each one. For me, in this set, its the Batha, and the Tusken Raider. When I was just a 7 year old boy I saw Star Wars when it first came out in the theater, and in one of the first scenes of the movie, young Luke was attacked by them and it scared me a lot. Ever since then, I’ve had a healthy respect for these sand creatures.
LEGO 75265 Release Date
The T-16 Skyhopper Vs. Bantha Microfighter LEGO set is scheduled to be released early in January 2020. Based on previous releases however this set might be released on Dec 26, the day after Christmas. I base this of off previous releases in earlier years, as well as the fact that some of get a little extra money for the holidays, and LEGO wants us to spend it on them – which I always do. This is not a VIP only release as far as know. I expect this series of sets to be available at both the official LEGO store, as well as 3rd party retailers like Amazon, Target, and Walmart.
LEGO 75265 Pieces & Minifigures
There are 198 pieces in this set, including 2 minifigures. Basically good guys vs bad guys. The T-16 pilot comes in a red flight suit with a blaster, and a silver helmet, and the Raider comes with the unique molded head, and his staff, plus a brick built Bantha beast.
LEGO 75265 Price
I expect this set to be priced at $19.99 US and will be on sale starting January 1, 2020.
