This is the new LEGO Electronic Musican Minifigure series 71027.  This will come with everything inside the polybag – including any instructions, accessories, and base plate.

Hair: Dark Tan Minifigure, Hair Mid-Length Wavy with Center Part and Sidelocks

Head: Yellow Minifigure, Head Dual Sided Black Eyebrows, Medium Nougat Cheek Lines, Smile Showing Teeth / Singing with Eyes Closed Pattern – Hollow Stud

Torso: Black Torso Jacket, White Shirt with Dark Pink Lightning Bolt, ‘TOUR’ and Cityscape on Back Pattern / Black Arms / Yellow Hands

Legs: Dark Pink Hips and Legs with Black Belt, 2 Belt Loops and Silver Buckle Pattern

Each bag will be opened to verify contents, and then the unassembled contents will be transferred to a new poly bag and sent to you via USPS first class mail with a tracking number.
