This is the new LEGO Karate Guy Minifigure series 71027.  This will come with everything inside the polybag – including any instructions, accessories, and base plate.

Hair: Black Minifigure, Hair Bowl Cut Parted in Center

Head: Yellow Minifigure, Head Dual Sided White Headband with Sand Blue Square Symbol, Smile / Gritted Teeth Pattern – Hollow Stud

Torso: White Torso Gi with Dark Bluish Gray Diamond on Lapel and Back, Black Belt Pattern / White Arms / Yellow Hands

Legs: White Hips and Legs with 2 Black Sash Tails Pattern

Each bag will be opened to verify contents, and then the unassembled contents will be transferred to a new poly bag and sent to you via USPS first class mail with a tracking number.
