Kingsley Shacklebolt is one of those more mysterious characters in my mind. Sure he worked for the ministry, and he is against Voldemort, but what do we really know about his past? He is tall, and powerful auror and definitely knows his magic. In this minifigure version (the only one I know about), he has a broom and a wand.

Also buying it now you get it for the lowest price. Once they come out, the prices do go up, as some are more popular than others. Also some Minifigures are more rare than others and this also causes the prices to go up. But ordering now gets you the exact fig you want for the same low price.
