This is the LEGO BirdWatcher Minifigure.  She comes with a bird, a plant, a stick, and even a purse and binoculars.  Baseplate and instructions are also included.

I open the packaging to verify the contents, transfer it to a new ziplock bag (unassembled), and ship it to you.
