This is a new, LEGO Disney Series 3 Jiminy Cricket Minifigure.

Jiminy Cricket Background & Trivia

Jiminy Cricket is a fictional character created by writer Carlo Collodi. He first appeared in Collodi’s 1883 novel “The Adventures of Pinocchio,” which has since been adapted into numerous films and other media.

In the original novel, Jiminy Cricket is only a minor character, but he gained popularity after Walt Disney included him in his 1940 animated film adaptation of “Pinocchio.” In the movie, Jiminy is appointed as Pinocchio’s conscience by the Blue Fairy and becomes a central character in the story.
