This is the General Vex from the Secrets of the Forbidden Spinjitzu LEGO Ninjago Minifigure.  Currently he does NOT come with the Naginata Weapon (part number: 41159pb01), but he is brand new, and unassembled.

The minifigure will be carefully packaged and sent to you via USPS first class mail with a tracking number.
