This is the LEGO Nutcracker Minifigure from Series 23 of the LEGO CMF line. Set Number 71034.
One might expect this minifigure to come with one of the LEGO Christmas Sets, but NO, he is a stand alone in the 23rd edition of the Custom Minifigure line.
Who doesn’t love a good Nutcracker. This one seems to be based on the description found in the Ballet. He has a tall black hat, a golden sword, a red jacket with lots of details and a little 1×1 round tile that has a nut print on it.
