This is a regular ol’ minifigure – he has the classic LEGO minifigure head, with a single print. Technically he his the Pool player from the Detective’s office Modular set. He comes with a nice blue plaid shirt (which is very common), and a grey stocking cap. However this version of a minifig only appared in one set.
