This is the LEGO Rey Minifigure with a Dark Tied Robe.
There are other versions of her, including this one where Rey has White Robes on.
Formerly known just as Rey, Rey Skywalker was a human female Jedi Master who sided with the Resistance in the conflict with the First Order. Her life was altered by the turbulent events that occurred in the latter days of the New Republic Era. She was a former scavenger from the planet Jakku. Rey’s choice to assist BB-8 put her on the path to learning about the Force that had become active inside of her and inspired her to seek out Jedi Master Luke Skywalker for instruction.
