This is the LEGO Beaker Minifigure.  He comes with a walkie talkie and a 1×2 printed tile to go on it..  Baseplate and instructions are also included.

I open the packaging to verify the contents, transfer it to a new ziplock bag (unassembled), and ship it to you.

The Minifigure will be carefully packaged and sent to you via USPS first class mail with a tracking number.
